Chicken Tacos – Best Tacos Eva’

Yummy, easy and fast!!!

Make chicken fun and tasty! This recipe is all that and quick!

Perfect for when you don’t have enough time to cook or when you don’t want to eat the “same” chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup(s) of water
  • 2 Tbsp of taco seasoning
  • 1 Tsp hot sauce
  • 4 1/2 oz cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Preciosa Picante Salsa or another brand
  • 1/2 cup(s) of mixed cabbage (the one that comes in a package)
  • 1/4 cup(s) Sargento Reduced fat Mexican blended shredded cheese or another brand
  • 1 Tbsp reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup(s) Goya Red kidney beans
  • 4 item(s) corn tortilla(s)

Instructions:

Bring water with taco seasoning and hot sauce to boil.  Cook the chicken in the water with the seasoning and the sauce. After 10 minutes, add the beans and let it all cook.  Once the water with the chicken and the beans becomes “saucy” keep cooking in a lower fire.

Add cooking spray into a pan and heat up the tortillas. In the meantime, mix the salsa with the cabbage.

Once the tortillas are ready, add the chicken, the salsa and cabbage mix, cheese and a little bit of sour cream.

Serve and enjoy!
