If you enjoy a good chili, but want to watch out your calorie intake, try this recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 patties of Boca Burger (your favorite flavor)
- 2 tbs of chili powder or cayane pepper
- 1/2 cup of fat-free beef broth
- 1/4 cup of fat-free shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp of fat-free sour cream
- 1/2 cup of chives (chopped)
- 4 small packages of saltines crackers
Directions
- In a sauce pan pour the beef broth, add the veggie patties and cook.
- Then mash the patties, add the chili powder and/or cayane pepper, blend and let if cook until the chili thickens.
- Pour the chili into a bowl and decor with the cheese, chives and sour cream
- Serve with saltines crackers
