Crispy Chicken Wraps

I don’t know if you had try McDonald’s Chicken Crispy Wraps, if you haven’t let me tell you, they are AMAZING! Since I love them so much I figure to find a way to make them at home watching my calorie intake and the money I spend. Now I would love to share this recipe with you.

Crispy Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- 12 oz of cutlet chicken breast
- 1 cup of Panco bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup of egg whites
- 4 whole wheat flour tortillas small
- 1 cup of low-fat shredded cheese
- 8 tbs of BBQ sauce
- 8 tbs of Honey mustard
- Lettuce
- Pico de gallo or salsa
- Hot sauce to taste

Directions
Cut and season the chicken breast into stripes. Pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees.
Add the chicken strips to the egg whites. One by one, put it in the bowl with the panco bread crumbs.
Place the coated chicken strips in a baking sheet and place the sheet in the oven.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Then warm up the flour tortillas.
Serve with salad, pico de gallo. Drizzle with honey mustard or BBQ sauce, add 1/4 of cheese, wrap and eat. Complete with a chill lemonade and enjoy!
