I’ve always liked video games. In the past, video games had this stigma of being bad for kids’ growth and/or development.
Now days, video games are interactive and kids – and adults like me – can use it to incorporate a work out without feeling like it. 😉 This is the main reason I keep trying and buying work out games. I’m doing something without “doing something”.
